BMIC 2020 has been moved to an entirely virtual event (September 13-16, 2020)

We hope that you and your family and friends are staying healthy and safe.

We have been monitoring the Coronavirus situation and travel restrictions very closely and, after careful consideration, we have decided to move the conference to an entirely virtual event that will take place on September 13-16, 2020. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our top priority.

In this regard we would like to inform you that:
  • The publication of the Proceedings will occur as planned; it will not be affected.

  • Each paper to be presented at the event may be read and commented on, via electronic forums, and evaluated by those participants who have registered for the conference.

  • Synchronous and asynchronous presentations are possible. So, the authors have the option (it is not mandatory) of:

    • submitting a slide show and/or a pre-recorded video of their presentation (asynchronous presentation) or
    • making their presentation via Zoom (synchronous presentation).

More detailed information has been sent via email to all authors of accepted papers.
